In the event of a refund of the amount to the customer for any reason, the amount will be refunded through Gateway process only and no cash refunds will be made. Refund is subject to the internal approval by Inn4Smart Solutions Pvt. Ltd. after completing all due-diligence. Refund is denied if the recharge token has already been generated except for the exception where Inn4Smart acknowledges the enough reason to accept the refund request.
